How do I start a new wikipedia article?

I wanted to start a new Wikipedia article that they don't have. How do I do that?

Search for a thing that dosn't exist and you should be able to make it.

Edit:

Login
Search for something like "jsgfsdf (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=jsgfsdf&go=Go)"
Then Click "Create the page"
