Who else has had snow? Or is it just in England, I only had a one day week at school this week

, a whole week of sledging hehe. But was nearly killed today because of a truck that came past me on a corner on the icy road, and the trailer swung towards me, luckily didn't swing enough to hit me.

We had to use an excavator to get the snow under 8ft so the blower could eat it.

Well, not on this island but it does snow on one of the other islands of Hawaii:

btw, I doubt I'll ever see snow here besides on those mountains lol.. it is winter at the moment and the temperature was 85F (29.4C) earlier today

We had heavy snow in the south. Had two days off

Most of the snows melted over night where I live, but its supposed to snow even more on Monday, another snow day!!!

I had a lovely day off school on Monday cos of the snow. I had a nice 3 day weekend, brilliant!

It only takes three snowflakes in the UK for everything to grind to a halt.

Here in Selsey, the snow had melted within a hour or two. So the local schools were shut most of the week.

Our school started a facebook group to tell us whether school was off, so of course when they said it was open everyone said they weren't going to school from it, and then they close the school

. If it was closed on Wednesday, I would have had a 9 day weekend (including the weekend before). The one thing I hate about snow is the gritting lorries, they spray grit all over you like hail, I'd much prefer snow ploughs

Heh...heh, must be something.

Where I live in Ontario, we get a lot of snow. In fact, there's so much that the budget for snow removial has gone over (it's costing Gravenhurst thousands of dollars).

I was in Ontario at the end of October/early November. I left just as the snow started. You do get a lot there, don't you?

Here, we are now getting flooded. I just drve back from my offices and went through a lot of floods. Some of them are getting a few feet deep now.

Here in Kristiansand, Norway are the about 55cm. snow, and cold like.. - 20 Celsius 6 am in the morning today

I hope we don't get anymore snow. I am sick of it after last week, plus i'm going on a trip to the National assembly wednesday and thursday and i'd hate to miss that.
