hey guys just wondering how and were can i buy ship sim pro 2.0 when its released and how much will it be i just want the custom wave option you get. cheers hop someone can help

The price probably depends upon what extra hardware you want VSTEP to supply with it.
The software alone probably has a price in excess of $1000 USD. It is not intended as a game.
Ask VSTEP for a quote.

so will they make it a game do you think? like ship sim 2008. do you know if you will be able to buy the software to use the wave creator thing?

They are making SS 2010 as a game. Why would they take something that sells for 2000 Euro + and sell it as a game for a fraction of that?

The improved sea model and the editing capabilities are a principal reason for the high price.

ok i c ur point. will the ship sim 2010 have the wave creator softwear. do you have any idea of release date for it?

Most of that has already been covered. There is a teaser video of what is in SS 2010, and Pjotr has answered the question on max wave height. It is unlikely that the game version will contain the sea state editor because the sea model is not the same as in PRO.

There can’t be a release date until SS 2010 is ready for release. It is still under development.
