well i know most of us have seen gta 4's graphics (if not youtube it all) and well i wanted to know if shipsim (VSTEP) can like make a patch for it. Now here is the link to the website http://boris-vorontsov.narod.ru/download_en.htm. I have been told any of these can be added to any game but........

hm... maybe V-step is a little busy atm with the Firefighting simulator and even the new Shiüsim 2010

well really we just slightly need there permission because the guy that makes the conversions said he could probably do it sooo
