Hm, just saw that on Wikipedia. When I saw the Grand Princess in 2009 I already found that skywalk kind of strange...
but I actually liked that on the ship, to be able to view the surrounding at 360 degrees.

I wonder if maybe the people who designed it might actually have designed it that way for a reason. I doubt whether the opinions of those on this forum really entered their design process.
