Yes, I havnt seen such a bad colour design since the Norwich City football kit of the mid 90s, or Arsenals of 1991. But back to ugly ships, you have to look closely with this one:

Now that's really fun!!! 1000/10!  Weird proportions between the hull's height, lenght & the size of superstructure.
Is she a some kind of a dry cargo vessel or a specialized vessel?

sorry for late reply - no access at work! Yes she is a dry cargo vessel, built as a hopper. Often carries radioactive cargos into the Humber but I didn't say that  ;)

Spruce - when you look at her history you'll see she was just a np pontoon until she was converted into a barge carrier

Honestly I think Pride of Rotterdam and the pride of hull are quite ugly. Too many flat sides, no Balconies, kind of reminds me of a prison ship!  ;)

Oh by the way, I saw the post on the first page saying that all the NCL ships are ugly, I agree with that with the exception of the Norwegian Sun and the Norwegian Sky. I think they are the only two NCL ships that don't look like floating blocks.

Okay, How about Carnival Fantasy. For a "Fun Ship" it looks pretty boring.

He he 8/10 cushioncraft for the floating table. Carnival have 7 other ships which are identical to Carnival Fantasy. all of them Are ugly of course! Here is another ugly cruise ship, MSC Poesia, which has a very ugly forecastle which is stupidly square as well as stupidly steep decks above the bridge:

5/10, I actually kind of think it looks cool.
What about Carnival Triumph. I don't really know why, I've just never liked the look of it.

The funnel should be squater but on a higher deck, the foward decks are too tall, it just is unbalanced-10/10!

Here is an ugly ferry, herald of free enterprise. this ship however sank, god rest her and all the passengers who went down with her. She was ugly, but she was no less a ship:

If the funnel was further back it would upset the balance even more and make it worse. and Mrflappy, thats one ugly ship! 9/10
