Hello hilobude123,

The PoR is indeed not in New Horizons, it is a stock SS08 ship.

The ships in New Horizons are;

Bugsier 2 - Modern tractor tug
Porteforraio Angel - Classic Yacht
Ocean Star - Modern cruise ship
Agile Solution - Combi freighter
Marbella Delight - Fast luxury yacht
Igor K. - Old Russian tugboat
Northern Star
- Fishing vessel
and Herkules Atlas - a pushboat (with barges)

And then there's 5 vessels besides that, that have been released in the Shipyard;

Ocean star (as also found in NH)
Agile Solution (as also found in NH)
Elbe - Historic seagoing diesel tug
Furie - Seagoing steam tugboat
Jumbo Javelin - Heavy lift vessel (Free download for all members that have an SS08 license key registered in their profile)

Regards,
Fred

Hi Fred & hilodude,
If he is starting from 0, Collector’s Edition would probably be a good suggestion. It offers a one-step installation, the Captain’s Journal, and the “Making of…” video.
Please don’t tell his Mom how to find me.
Regards,
Marty

hilobude,

New Horizons is an "Add-on" pack, it requires a installation of ship simulator 2008 to work.

indeed, new horizons is not stand alone, best bet is simply to buy Ship Simulator 2008 then in time get new horizons along with the others in shipyard, plug the free Jumbo Javelin ;)

As Mvsmith says, the best thing to do is to buy the Collectors Edition. That is the complete set at a very good price.

If not, you need to get SHip Simulator 2008. You can't run New Horizons without it.

Hope all of the above helps you.
