Hello every one, i am going to create a shipsim fansite. The Fansite will have following content:
*News
*Forum(Discusion on shipsim/clans)
*Article system(Lastest news from Shipsim,ore feactures in shipsim 09-10 and ect....)
And more things will be used, but i need to think more.

Its kinda generel fan site for ShipSim, since my name says the most xD i am huge fan of shipsim and was thinking about creating a Fansite ofc. But i need to know if i can do that? is it illegal? can i get permision for it, if it is?

Yea, sounds great. It should be legal providing you don't use official Logos such as the Vstep logo. Images of the game should be ok to use. If you did want to put say the Vstep logo in, you would have to first obtain permission from VSTEP themselves, and they might tell you to put a text with it. e.g. "In association with". As i say you will need to get permission first. Other than the logos, i think that your fine. I think alot of the forum community has got some sort of fan site. I myself have:

I have done domain and webhost also, www.ssGeneral.org
It will be up hopefully to night.

And just so you know Free domain,free host aint so good. Its full of adverts

I'm not saying you said this forum is bad, but don't we do all the stuff you've mentioned on this forum? If you want to make a new forum that's fine, I wish I knew how to, but I doubt you'll be able to get the same amount of help/discussion/people as this forum

Ok oppsumming: I am creating a Fansite, the fansite will have News manager and maybe some interviews with vstep if we get permision. BUT NOTHING IS DESICED YET!
