early turn up

I got my game 3 days before the release data WHY? i got it from game.co.uk and it was a preorder they said it comes from the people who make it but why has it got game's pakageing

well i was wondering why it came early after the release date was it an OGM or a proper pice of mircosoft software

It's not made by Microsoft, it's made by VStep. Besides, I thought the UK release date had already past?

Game refused to sell to me the day before- even 5 mins before the shop shuts.

Normally publishers insist on this to ensure all retailers get their copies in time and that all of them are on a level playing field.

Imagine that retailer A gets copies and sells one day before retailer B- then retailer B loses sales and doesn't sell any more from the publisher. Thats why the date is so rigidly fixed.
