In any case, in Small Talk, "off-topic" is less well defined than in the other areas of the forum.

That's logical!! When someone starts a new topic in small talk it would be better then for them not to put a topic subject, then it wouldn't matter what was posted. Might make 'search' a bit difficult, but who cares!!
