Because the Concord has been out of service for 8 years and camera resolutions were not this good when it was flying. :-\

Oh. I get it. Well, Im sure the Government has Flyed the SR-71 Blackbird more than once since IT was said to have went out of service, So why not this? BTW check you PM.

Proper cameras, (using film) could get even better resolution than that. It is a perfectly normal photograph. So your point is invalid.
