Advice needed
« on: July 18, 2007, 21:21:24 »

I have been waiting for SS08 to arrive from Amazon with great anticipation. Now find that my wife (who is buying it for my birthday) has intercepted it and hidden it until my birthday on Sunday!! Is this grounds for divorce. Any ideas on how I can overcome the problem?  >:( ::)

LOL, chocolates also work....most of the time ;)

You could always take her shopping and drop 'hints' about ships and tell her to 'wave' at everyone :D

Say your birth certificate was wrong- its your birthday today...

Or start ripping the house up...

Or best of all... Stomp around the hose, banging things, look at her with evil looks and when she asks 'what's up dear?' snap back 'nothing. why wold anything ever be wrong'... It works for them and they always get their own way.

Or maybe, hide her jewellery and shoes and say you will ransom them back...

My mum does this, she only owns up to it when I mention that it hasn't arrived and I start moaning to the company in question!  ::)

Just a tip - Make sure she hasn't got your game in her pocket when she walks that plank ;)
