A small difference in design like that does not mean they are not sister ships. Olympic, Titanic, and Britannic are considered sister ships, although they are far from being identical.

Another example: R/V Knorr and R/V Melville are sister ships although they differ considerablyâ€”especially aftâ€”because of the different ways WHOI and SIO work them.
