i'm not sure. you don't know if this guy is trying to give you a virus. you could try but its a risk.

System Mechanic 8 is very good at fixing ur pc. I've got it and most days it finds stuff to do e.g. defragmenting and fixing registry stuff. It's good nd its not a virus

Don't bother. The complimentary comments are posted by the person who made the ad, using different accounts, I think. If it works at all, it is just a registry cleaner. Although they're useful, they don't speed it up much.

You won't notice the difference in speed.

You'll get a far greater speed increase by:

Defragmenting your hard drive;
Checking your disk (CHKDSK or the built-in Windows equivalent)
Adding more memory
Getting a faster graphics card

Most other things won't make any difference that you'll ever notice.

I Dont know If it is safe.

I did got a Program coald XP AntiVirus 2008.

It did Stand that the pc did got 17.5664 Viruses.

And My Norton Antivirus didnt find anything.

after i restared the Pc. The Pc Was Slower. And a lot of featurs were gone. but. it fixed now

I also got antivirus 2008 on a computer and it said that it found I think 14trojans, but the computer is fine + mcAfee didn't find anything, I think they were trying to get me to pay for the payware version, so that program you have could be fake

Isn't antivirus 2008 that internet thing that scans your computer without asking and then says you have viruses? Whenever that comes up I just end the iexplorer.exe task in task manager because when thats running you cant close it normally.

Yes, some antivirus programs are virus's themselves. Cause when start the comp they automatically start a scan and "say" that you have virus's, but you don't . They are automatically d/loading them to your comp and then you have to buy the program, so they are just scamming you into giving them money. There are some good programs like Avast or Ad-aware, ad-watch, whatever.
