i dont like airsoft guns too much but i heard they are fun. I have a tippman 98 custom paintball gun with flatliner barrel. im going to get a bi pod and a new hopper

I have a WALTHER P99 full metal, it is a piece of junk but that is what you get for $15.

It works well enough to scare my damn friends when they are being annoying.

My friend is really into airsoft, so he has P90's and military air soft guns and he has one from the marines. He says we can't use that though because it really hurts bad. You would have to be in bed for a while if we used the marine gun

. So, I use a shot-gun and he uses a P90. Good work out

Ohh, good luck with that

. I would advise a shot-gun Austin. Accurate, barely affected by wind, good ammo length.

A P90 on the other hand: Innacurate, not a long range of fire, affected more by wind, very little ammo space in the magazine, constant reloading.

Now, about that mail-box shooting, that isint very polite

. Why don't you call a friend and invite him to shoot with you? That is what my friend does with me

We shoot trees too. We stuffed our neighbors mailbox full of snow once.

BB Guns/airsoft guns are great if you live in the countryside.. but if you live in a town or city they are not a good idea, as there are many people that could confuse it to a real gun and call the police. $:-\$

And after armed police found out they only stopped a BB Gun (Fake Gun) they still arrest you for wasting their time... Seen it many times on the Tv.. $:-\$

I would love to have a BB Gun, and was about to buy one, but where I live i don't have anywhere to use it without people seeing and risking someone calling the police.. For what its worth, i don't want a criminal record $:-\$

that is why you have to leave the orange cap on, and they can't arrest you for wasting there time, it wasn't your fault it was the person calling, they would arrest them for a false report.

In my case I am fine because in our communitys, it is mostly quiet. Also James, people won't think you have a real gun if they see you in a long sleeve shirt, pants and you have goggles or glasses on

Some bb guns don't even have a orange cap on

Hmm, I don't think you need goggles for a bb gun??? All im would do with a bb gun would be target practising...

I might go to my local police station one day and ask for more info about BB Guns.. They will probably say I shouldn't get one. Also with the increasing weopen crime in the UK atm it wouldn't be a good idea to have one...

BB guns are perfectly leagal in the Uk as long as they are used on private land. You can still get arrested under the firearms act if you carry one in public though. I have a full auto M16 BB rifle and have used it my back yard with people watching from the streets and there have been no problems so I wouldnt worry.

. BB guns you can be killed with, air soft guns you feel like you gut stung. Yes, you do need goggles or glasses with air soft as a safety measure.

Meaby you cannot carry wepons in britan? I know that in Finland you cannot get such permit. Actually you cannot carry anything that might be used to harm someone with out reason. Example if you are out with your frends, you can get arrested for carrying a screw driver.

If you have a gun permtit, you can carry it with you if you are camming or going to a shtooting range, or something else gun related. Not for safety or something else...

about that permit as sone as i get mine which is in 2 weeks im going to carry a 12 gadge shotgun in my truck and a 9 mm in my pocket

In the Uk NO one is allowed to own a gun exept if they belong to a shooting club and have a lisense. But they are still not alowed to carry any gun in public unless it is in a locked case and the ammo is stored in another locked case else where and they must only carry it if they are on the way to or back from the club. Even the cops are not allowed to carry a gun unless they have had special training and belong to a armed response unit. Also bb and airsoft gun here have to have a orange cap OR a coloured barrel.
