I had a friend round at my offices today. He used to be Chief Engineer in the Royal Navy. He roared with laughter when I read him that! We almost had to force-feed him with tranquilisers to get him to stop laughing.

I rather got the impression that flicking a switch was not the way he had to start engines when he was in the Navy...

look it has more controls on the pannel, more realistic sea dynamics, better bow wake foams, bit better ship dynamics....REALISM!, i think SS09 should have something very similar, just get rid of all the icons at the top

I think the wake is a whole lot better.  It is actually wavey so If you drive over it it's like a speed bump like in the real world.
