well antonello, first, welcome to the forum.

secondly, the pop-ups may be interfering with the loading. try debugging your computer. also, make sure your computer has all the system requirements for ss.

thirdly, you may want to enter your key into your profile.

Like Rbsanford said, you need to register your keycode in your profile. Also you need to check if you have the correct version update to 1.4 (BUILT 1038).

i have downloaded all updates, inserted and confirmed cd key in the profile, debugged my computer, but still it does the same thing

Hi antonello,
The best place to look for an answer to your problems is 'Technical support', if you input 'incorrect engine' in 'Search' then you will see some solutions.
It does sound like you have some other problems too, you will need to let us know what some of the other 'pop ups' are saying but do this in 'Technical support'.

After the install the program and run the same I have this ERROR:

Quest3D Error:

"A channel that is needed for this project has an incorrect engine version: D3DEC5A1-1A26-4600-9BD2-0FF771CBFF26".

I was reading all FAQ but I am Thinking that not is my case.

Hi cagw, for Technical Support you will need to register your game..You can do this in Profile

cagw, this problem is usually fixed when you install and run the game as administrator.
