seems complicated to add plus the read mes in german or something and it doesnt make sense when i translate it
The Lights for ships and Repaints for the P6 are best found at the Shiff-Sim Welt forum. You can find the Lights in the top link and the P6 repaints in the second link:

These are great additions, with the lights, you can see your ship and other ships better and the P6 Repaints are fun, they come with lights when you download their right repaint's colors.

to install lights put the *.LGT file here C:\Program Files\Vstep\ShipSim2008\Actors\Objects\ship name
to put repaint, unsip the file into a folder and put the new folder here
C:\Program Files\Vstep\ShipSim2008\Actors\Objects\Harbour Patrol\you folder
if you have 64 bits windows or vista then it goes here
