Well, what I mean is that you can post your drawings in any relevant topic you like. You don't have to open a new topic on that - especially when if you don't have anything to post yourself.

Yes... Lets hijack this otherwise pointless thread and talk about Marmite... ;D
If you are looking for ship diagrams, look at posts by 'anov' as he works in SaR and has access to technical schematics.

Well here's something I've drawn. If you see anything wrong concerning the rigging or such then please talk about it ;D. The "Clara May" was originally built in Plymouth harbour, England and launched in 1891. It is a typical west coast of England trading ketch which could enter and easily manoeuvre in all kinds of harbours for loading and unloading merchandise directly on the pier. At first it carried a polacre rigging which was later changed to a ketch rigging, by which name it is known. In 1926 its rigging was reduced and it had a 2 cylinder 50 CV semi-diesel engine installed. The Clara May remained in service till 1953.

I came across the Orion Bulkers site. They have published General Arrangement and Capacity Plans for several of their bulkers. Excellent inspiration if you are thinking of modelling a bulk carrier. ;)

Hey Andrey..what medium are you using..charcoal?..pencil?..on paper or canvas..do a bit myself..like to know the history of your drawings.. are they from photo,s or from memory??..:)
-
Well, I haven't been drawing for long so I'm using a pencil and paper. I'm currently inspiring myself from 3D pics until I can draw a ship from imagination. Before drawing ships I've been doing a few portraits and such. Up till now I have around 40 drawings ;D

Hey everybody!
I haven't posted on these forums since.. well.. last year! Haha..
Happy New Years, by the way.
Anyway, I was looking around the forums, seeing what I have missed, and I came across this thread. As trivial as it may or may not be, I thought I'd contribute here...
