Hello everybody :)

How i can fix this  ?

Firstly your should register your licence key in your profile ;)

Then post your DXDIag :)

Which sytem are you running? Windows XP? Vista? Windows 7?
Do you play on a laptop?

It just says what the specification of your computer is.

Vista? Ok.

Go to start, type in the searchbar 'dxdiag' (the icon should be a blue circle with a yellow cross in it) and click on that. You should already be on the right tab, then just click on 'save all information' below (3 big buttons should be there). Then it tells you to save a file, that is the dxdiag which we need.

If you register you key into you profile her in the for um then you can read this how to find directx and how to add it in you post, then we can help you better
