in this game a ship is described and the other peopple have to name the ship being described. to begin we start with a very easy one
which ship is being described.
-she had 4 funnels
-she had 2 sisterships, one lauched around the same timethe other in 1914
-one of these sisterships was scrapped in 1935, the other became the longest serving ocean liner of the 20th century, before being scrapped in the 50s
-the vessel in question sank during world war 1.
-
HMHS Britannic?
-
HMHS Britannic?
not quite ;)
-
RMS Lusitania
-
RMS Lusitania
She was contructed in 1902, not around 1914 and she had only one sistership the Mauritania. :P
-
I think the Lusitania is right..The third ship (RMS Aquitania) did have her maiden voyage in 1914..
-
the correct anser is lusitania. her sisterships were mauritania, scrapped in 1935 and also aquitania which became the longest serving liner of the 20th century, being scrapped in the 1950s.
a new mystery ship will be on here soon
-
ok here is another relativly easy 1
"a museum ship famous for sinking the scharnhorst"
-
I think that would be the HMS Belfast :)
Btw, why not let the one who solved the mystery make a new mystery?
And if he didn't make one in like, 2-3 hours or so, anyone can go next.
Just an idea ;)

a gud idea\. go on mate you have a go then :)
-
Ok, sure.
Let's see...
I'll also start with an easy question:
What ship accompanied the battleship Bismarck on her first mission? How was this mission called?
I hope you don't mind the 2nd question ;)
-

operation rhine. (cant spell the german equivilant of the word). and the ship is the princ eugen
in that mission the bismarck easily destroyed the pride of the british fleet. but what the name AND class of ship acompanying that ship barely escaped being obliterated by bismark
-
Good enough
Although it's Prinz Eugen, not Princ Eugen.
But I don't mind curtain spelling faults. ;)
Anyways, your go.

-

-
This mystery ship is one of the oldest and currently active steamboat and was at one time a modified pushboat during WWII. She is named after a city.

No, I have this very big library of ships and shipwrecks in my head you see. ;)
That's why this picture became very familiar to me because I watched on YouTube that the ship was getting sunk to be an arctificial reef.

HMS Dorsetshire.. cause it is a heavy cruiser and the rest are Battelships
