Title: too long

the end of the school year (for us it's May 29th)

Here, after 2 major storms(windstorm in sept. and Icestorm in jan.) moved last day of schoolin louisville kentucky to June 3rd, 2009. That is my birthday! My time of birth was around 5:30 in the afternoon. I won't let you know my age. I mostly keep my age secret :evil:

Diamant, no need to be nasty to him. I thought it was pretty clear that this topic was about things that are too long to wait for.

If you start later, then the school year ends later. I started school this year on August 18th I think, and the school year ends June 4th.

That may be correct in some US states, but not all. And certainly not over on this side of the pond. Loads of Adult education here in the UK. The government spends millions/billioms each year.

As an example, in a small (very small) place like Selsey, where I live, there are many locations with many courses:

And schooling can start at the age of 3. (Nursery school)

I never said there was no adult education, I only said college ;D.

I didn't count that young because it is called "Pre-school", so it would be considered before school, not actual school.
