activation email not working

Hi right, I want to buy 2006, I eventually get an activation email which doesn't seem to work, but then out of the blue I have just got a confirmation email. I still haven't managed to purchase yet!!

This is for a mate who having problem getting the confirmation email to download ship simulator 2006 not me i got all the ship simulator games.

I'm not certain what problem you're having. I assume you mean that you (or your mate) has paid for SS2006 but not received the confirmation details. Yes?

If that's the case, you (well, actually your mate) need to email info@shipsim.com. They can sort it our for you. No-one here can fix it, unfortunately.

I've moved this to the correct forum now.
