I'm sorry, but this should be in the Dutch Forum really. However I think you are asking can New Horizons be part of SS2006
If that is your question the answer is no, you cannot add NH to SS2006.

Ik heb het naar het NL forum gezet.

New Horizons is alleen voor SS08, zoals gezegd, maar de addon pack die voor SS06 beschikbaar is heeft wel 6 van de 8 schepen die ook in New Horizons zitten. De overige 2 plus de nieuwe map zitten er niet in.
