Pay account activation key never came

I was trying to make an account for paying for the Furie when it came time to purchase it. I sent the request for the activation key.

24 hours passed, chaecked my father's inbox AND spam folders, but it never came

so I entered a second request in "I never recieved my activation email"

waited another 24 hours, checked both folders, STILL nothing.

Help?

I'm starting this pay account. I never bought anything off this site before.

And the email I used for the forum no longer works.

Then Simply just cheak the E-Mails and mack sure you wrote them in right,

I think I did the first time (though I might not, it was late at night), and the second time, I KNOW I did.

So why did it not arrive? Is it because the second time, it may not have recognized the email adress?

The best thing you can do is ask for clarification from VSTEP.

Email them and tell them that you did not get the email from them yet. Perhaps it did get sent to your old one.

I sent the email.

But I never made such an account on my old email adress! Only a subscription and this forum account!

I need the activation code for mine it never came to me. I waited a week and it never came. Where do you think i can go to get it?

I'd advise you to do what I suggested earlier aswell.

The best thing to do is to email VSTEP about it on info@shipsim.com

They are right at the source, so they can see if something has gone wrong and help you out with it.

I got mine within 2 minutes. Check your account on shipsim.com, even if you didn't get your email the "My Orders" page should still list your license key and download links.

It's been over a week, probably 2, actually, since I sent the email, but I never got a reply!

My attempt to login came up with this:
