You might try LEKKO  I.T.E.S. at http://www.lekko.org
They are located in Maasdam, but are an international society with an eye on the tugboat industry.
They might be able to put you in touch with a broker, or a private party.
You might find their bi-monthly magazine “LEKKO International” of interest.

I've seen many very cheap boat's in Island, but I guess the shipping would cost a bit. I'll see if I find a link, you may wan't to look at it.

found a nice 1912 steam tug for $113,818. she's real nice. similar to the Furie(in my opinion)
