When I load a mission I can't see the chart!

That was fine that you noticed that. 
A little guide to registrer your License Key.

When you logged into this forum. Press Profile. Then Scroll Down a little bit to you come here.

And Put into your license key that you will find on your SS06 Cover or on My Orders Site if you have purchased the game trought www.shipsim.com (http://www.shipsim.com). and then press on OK.
Then you have regirstreted your license key and can now visit Technical Support.
