As most members already know, you get your licence key in one of two ways, with any version of Ship Simulator
With the boxed version, it's included on a sticker, inside the case.
With the download version, you are sent an email with your licence key, and you can also login to
My Orders to retrieve it, and retrieve your download links:
https://www.shipsim.com/orders/login.phpIf you're having problems with your licence key/s, you can contact a Moderator by Private Message, and we can get your key/s checked for you. If you never got a key with your download version, then you first need to contact the site you bought it from
