How did you lose it where did you purchase your game? We'll need proof of your purchase if a new key is to be issued. If you have downloaded the from the official SS site, you can log in and find your key there.

I purchased it from amazon on 22nd dec 2007 it is still on my dispatched order page at amazon and it was bought new from them not another store. It was a present for my 10 year old son. He cannot find the instruction booklet that has the code in it as he took it out to read and we have searched the house with no success.

Please try to return the product to Amazon.com first, they are responsible for all sells and if the license key was missing from the game, they are the one you should turn to. No luck with amazon? Email info@shipsim.com as a last resort. We can't help you before you have returned the game to amazon I'm afraid.

I think you may have picked me up wrong. The game arrived with the instructions and the key code, my son has mislaid them, not Amazon, sorry.
