Hi There - just bought SS2006 not knowing there was 2008 available but I'm loving the 2006 version as it is for now - I'll use it to get practicing so that whe I upgrade to 2008 I'm a bit more proficient with the controls as I'm a total amateur

I'm addicted to the sim game though, I'm already a FS and TS fan so SS seemed like the logical next step.

Looking forward to lots of good advice - Cheers

Hi ste69

Welcome to the forum from me aswell!  :)

You'll find a lot of great advice and tips on here, just noze around a bit or look for specific information using the search option. And of course if there's anything, you can always ask!

If you want to have acces to the resctricted SS2006 boards aswell, you could enter the license key into your forum profile and there will be even more helpful topics at hand, amongst other benefits. Just for your information!

Happy sailing!!!

Regards,
Fred
