The sea doesn't look that bad for the movement of the vessel.

Low on ballast to save running costs? Just like a vessel I was on a few months back

Vessel like that is pretty top-heavy and shallow.  But it looks worse than it is. the engineers are watching the throttles pretty closely, but she isn't in any danger.

Maybe the view from the helo makes it hard to judge the sea?
