The Dutch KNRM Lifeboat “Jeanine Parqui” is set to visit Harwich lifeboat station on the weekend of 2nd July. Arriving late Friday evening the crew will be met by members of Harwich lifeboat station and will be taken to their weekend accommodation. On Saturday morning 10.00am an exercise will take place along with Walton and Frinton Lifeboat and the RAF Air Sea Rescue Helicopter from Wattisham and is scheduled to finish early afternoon. An edited video will be posted on the Harwich RNLI web site. The Dutch crew will then be entertained at the lifeboat station Saturday evening and set sail back to Holland Sunday morning. The KNRM Are the Dutch version of the RNLI. All the lifeboats can be viewed from the viewing gallery at the station.

You'd think they'd have their lifeboats in the same colour as their footballer's shirts and Olympic Bobsleighs...

I don't know...
