This "Undocumented Game Feature" is nothing new.

Who remembers the Ship Simulator 2008 Marseille mission "Prisoner Transfer Puzzle"?  Written by MvSmith, it takes advantage of the very feature discussed above.

Apologies to those who have not completed that mission  for the spoiler.

Here is PART of the mission. :-X I am giving nothing away so that if you want to play the mission you will have to get it!!!! The first part has a prisoner and guard being picked up from Chateau d'If, where the Count of Monte Christo was confined. After mooring the police launch then player must find out for himself what to do next.

I'm back with a new video of Pride of Rotterdam in Dover. I believe it's better than the previous video with SSE bacause the quality of both screen and audio is really good... If you like it, leave a like below or subscribe to my channel for more ship videos (I want to make more SSE videos in the future with my new recorder)... Thank you in advance for your time watching the video... I hope you enjoy it

Check out my new video! Pride of Rotterdam at Rotterdam port! I think it is one of my best videos as I spent a lot of time editing it! I was recording for over an hour and the final result is just 19 minutes! I hope you'll enjoy it! Don't forget to subscribe for more SSE, Virtual Sailor and of course real life videos
