Hi ther iv just bought ssec from shipsim web site, iv registered my key to my profile,  when i go into download content from the main menu i keep getting this error message,     Error , The connection attempt failed because the server did not respond.   i am getting this all the time, how do i get it to work please..

if you have bought the steam Version you most also register the steam key into Your profile her on the forum

Tjk, I think you missed the first part of his post, cause if you buy direct from Vstep it is not from Steam. So his problem must come from something else.

Hi ther i have solved the problem i was having, it was to do with my anti virus, when i loaded the game to my laptop the anti virus ask me if i wanted to except connections for this website,And i clicked onto safe sites only,i was meant to click on except all communications, so this is solved now thanks for your time guys.

Register you gamekey into your forumprofile then the problem are solved, if you have steam version you most also add that key into the profile her

if that not help after you have register you game, right klik and run it as and administrator
