Because the crew was Polish, spoke specialists. A multitude of modern instruments to assist in navigation, it causes loss of observing what is happening around. I will say more: Lloyds, PRS, or other certification bodies issuing the safety certificate which is any vessel and determining the minimum number of crew, do it after a thorough analysis, and for bribes? It turns out that the savings in the number of the crew, it's not a recipe for savings and cost reductions :(

You have to think about what we can do to you what learn crews on ships  emphasized the observation and instilling into the brains of the electronics are added. A helpful addition.
