This is a great program however you can't build ships nor repaint them; I found a site that offeres it both, FSNavNet. It offers both ship sim and flight sim, I played it and it was fun trying to land a helicopter on the deck of a ship then steering the ship to port. Also if I wanted to repaint a ship I am not only allowed to but encouraged to as well as develop my own ships.
