If you bounced "Oceana" off the Sydney cruise terminal then you have done something wrong!! The collisions at that berth are correct as are many of the berths in the Sydney area. If you look at the attached picture you will see a lot of red outlines, these are where the berths, piers etc. are correctly fixed for bounce effects. The second picture shows "Oceana" safely moored at the terminal. (Mission:- Oceana Cruise part 2.)

I bounced the Orient Star off the wall near the opera house last night and nearly hit a ferry under the harbour bridge!! I don't think people are objecting about bouncing off, it's just the unrealistic rate it happens. How is going from 1 or 2 knts to doing more than 10 realistic?  :)

Hi Mikenco,

that´s really a question which could be worth a lot of money...as this is a SIMULATOR it shows that it is possible, somehow...and I am sure if VSTEP would tell this to shipyards they would get so many orders because acceleration costs a lot of fuel...
