1. no caps, its really annoying.

2. first of all, enter your key code in your profile.

3. you can only use multiplayer when your key code is entered.

1. put your licence key in the profile what can be found uner Profile - please do not post it here
2. when it says active launch ship sim.
3. click multyplayer and join a server

before we can help you any further, you need to enter your key in your forum profile.
You can do so by clicking "profile" on the yellow menu just below the picture at the top of the forum.
Once you've done that, scroll down and enter your key.
Then, and only then, can we help you. Because for all we know you might be a pirate trying to use the software illegally (not that you are )

how do I get a online key

Hi Jake,

You should be able to find the license key on the back of your manual if you bought a hard copy of the game. If it's a digital copy from the Ship Simulator Website, then you should have been given a key which will be available to you on your account on the www.shipsim.com website upon signing in.

With regards to a Steam purchase, I'm not sure - maybe someone else could help if you bought the game there. I can only assume that you would be issued with the key on Purchase, similar to buying the game from shipsim.com

When I try to join an official SSExtremes server it says me that this is not an official server of SSExtremes.

How can I fix this problem?
