techicnally they dont exist, its a secret.

but it was flying at low altitude. it didnt look like an arurora. and if it was an aurora why would it be in a small town in the middle of california? wouldnt it be in Area 51?

What do you mean how are they strict?

My local airport is half civilian half boeing military helicopter storage and test facility and I "stalked" the helicopters take off and the people didn't care.
