while roaming pride of rotterdam, is it possible to reach the lower decks? also, while roaming the orient star, i found a hallway behind the lido deck at the stern. it's blocked by a chair. is there a way to get around the intrusive chair?

lower decks as in the deck with the ramps that go into the car hold.
