The IWC is corrupt and is easily manipulated by Japan. The members of the IWC are corrupted because Japan pays them considerably large amounts of money to change their opinion to the Japanese governments perspective.

IWC is PRO-whaling, y'know. They are the guys who make quotas and sanctuaries, but they're too dumb to understand that Japan's whaling is not for research. ::)

Actually it is not..  but clearly it's again the attitude coming from 'that side', that it is a clash between those two parties. This seems to be the recurring vibe with this subject.

So I reckon we best close this one down too then, if that's the way it's been looked at, so that we can avoid more heated discussion.
