How will the i5 run SSE?

HI!

I just upgraded my computer, mostly for FSX but also for SSE.

Motherboard: P7P55D-E
Processor: Intel i5 760 which is a quad processor

I hope it wil run good in online, what I mean is that I want to sail online without the game lagging every now and then when a new player joins the game, or pretty standard that the game lags when its more than 8 players online  Pretty annoying, so I hope I can run the game moore smoothly now!

The Intel i5 processor is a very fast processor indeed and should run the game better than any processor you've had before.

However, the lag in the game can be caused by lots of things. For example a poor internet connection could make the game in MP stutter somewhat, or if the other hardware in your system isn't able to keep up.

So really there is more to the game stuttering in MP, but in missions and free roaming you should notice a considerable improvement

Hi,

the Intel I5 proccesor should indeed handle it.
But how many ram and what for videocard do you have??(4gb of ram should be a kind of a minimum)

I have 4 gb RAM and an ATI 5770 graphic card, I'm not smart with computers, so I hope I have an ok computer for SSE now? I am also planniing on clocking the processor to at least 3.5 GHZ

Yeah that's perfect.
Is it smart to overclock when your not so smart with computers??
Get atleast a good cooling in your computer, and be sure you have enough power.
The maximum overclocking is 4.2 ghz with the intel I5! So 3.5 should be easy
