Hi All
I am sure that even though there are issues to be sorted V-Step will do there best  to
give us all a great game in the coming months and all this will be a memory  :2thumbs:

For me:

  • The way they've re-textured the Sherpa
  • Different sets of Nav Lights for many different circumstances
  • Being able to launch RIBS/lifeboats

The ocean looks so much greater now, really splendid and that is one of the most important parts in a ship simulator  :2thumbs:

Hi guys,

to echo what Eric said, I'm sure the game will be great in time, but you have to allow room for VSTEP to do their best.

Anyway, on a positive note!

These are the main positives for me in the game now...

  • Boat texures are much more realistic
  • Environments are far more detailed
  • Ocean and weather system GREATLY improved
  • More interactive features such as water cannons, deployable craft and navigation lights

The game is certainly heading in the right direction, just not quite there just yet ;)

Hi Sebe,

There are many positive things about SSE, you musn't be looking very hard and you must have very high expectations of the game :-\

I'd have to say there's a few things I found have been greatly updated

  • New textures
  • Deployables
  • Ships sink with more realism(no more submarine dives)
  • New vessels and environments

And many more

Padstow is in the game? Padstow in Cornwall? I grew up near there... I wonder if there's any other places in game with meaning to me?  :D

Four days on and I still can't play the game (no key); could someone point me to a list of locations in the game, if such a list exists?

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread :)

What happend to freedom of speech ?
Still part of humanity rules.

Besides I had to answer none as I haven't been able to play the game yet, whats wrong with that ?
If you only want positive responses of the game, this thread would be short.
Merely stating a fact, no sarcasm or negative effect intended

Hi Jim,

I posted my comment above because I thought the thread may get a little bombarded with negative comments.

I agree with constructive critism totally, but when members post negative comments that don't suggest improvements for example I would rather they didn't post :)

Just want to keep this thread for the positive things, as there are other threads for the negative ones.
