When i try to buy sse on vstep.s site i got select u bank when i try to use my visa. and there is only some german and netherland bank to choce from. What is wrong.

Have you tried to add you credit card info and click "Continue"? I paid with PayPal so I didnt run into that problem at all.. perhaps its something special for dutch cards, as normal VISA/Mastercard does not require you to "select bank".

I used VISA to pay the game, and it only need the number, the CCV and the name I think, nothing else.
