Hey guys,
I was wondering about how many people would like a Sea Shepherd Virtual in SSE?
Thanks

To answer your question:

It's a nice idea...BUT...what basis would it have at Ship Sim? There aren't any Sea Shepherd ships...and even if there were; what would you intend to do? I think I have a rough idea what might happen...

I believe Devin got banned on all his accounts on this forum yes. Not too sure why though.

I currently have the other key to that forum as you will notice.
I am an administrator.  ::)

But I haven't touched it since it was started, because you know what.
What good will it do? There is already Greenpeace in the game.

Unless you have VERY good imagination its going to be hard sailing around in a Greenpeace ship and pretending it's a Sea Shepherd Ship  ::)

If such a group were to start then quite rightly put, imagine what might happen!
It's really honestly best if you don't make a Sea Shepherd Virtual.

Trust me

He may have a Read Only ban that allows him to look but not speak.

Devin's Greenpeace Virtual is currently top standing with an actual Greenpeace Official there. So that is my way of saying it is still running.

well according to devin the reason he got banned was because the admins(not sure if it was the admins. also im just a messenger, dont shoot me ;D) believed that he was making money off of greenpeace virtual....im not favoring one side or the other just stating what i hear

I remember.
Tore on Olympus Line sent me a link to an online Clothing shop with Greenpeace Virtual shirts and all that. But I think it was removed.

No, he surely did not have permission to use that material as such.

And since this is going nowhere really, and discussing someone's ban isn't really a cracking read, I am locking this topic.

Sea Shepard has nothing to do with Ship Simulator anyway, so a 'clan' to that effect doesn't make sense, as mentioned above.

Oh.. and if it shows Devin 'active' today, then he just tried to get on, or check to see if he was still banned. It registers you too if you get the 'you are banned' screen. Just FYI.

Regards,
Fred

oh, and..

Because it is a crime, to take someone else's possession, and then make money off of it. A serious one at that.
