SSE Terminals
« on: July 22, 2010, 10:44:51 »

I have just been wondering if some ferry terminals will be in SSE like norfolkline ones in vlaardingen and the one in hoek van holland where stena trader docks and also the one across from the POR terminal where stena transfer docks will be in Ship Sim Extreams ???

Vlaardingen would be interesting, especially on MP watching people trying to take PoR in there, I wonder if SSE will have tides???

The Vulcaanhaven at Vlaardingen has both the NFL ro-ro terminal and the Rotterdam Bulk terminal so it would be quite a good addition to the game, it is also quite a tricky manoeuvre to get in and out of there, which would add some interest.

The Stena Trader terminal is already in SS right? I don't think the DFDS terminal at Vlaardingen and the Stena one in the Beneluxhaven are really needed because the terminals are purpose built for ships that aren't in the game.

Clanky, the Maas and Humber Viking which berth at Vlaardingen have a draft of 6.5m, the POR has a draft of 6.05m so why would there be a problem getting the Pride in?

Sorry about deleting my post above, didn't mean to make it confusing   :-X

stena traders berth isnt in ship sim Stena hollandicas berth (Whats in the game) is about 20m behind stena traders berth i would find it fun if somones in stena hollandicas berth and then try to dock in stena traders berth without hitting the other ship

The entrance is quite narrow, and if there is a tide in the river it is not an easy manoeuvre, there are a few patches of blue paint on the quay walls at the entrance!

The way those berths are laid out it would not be a problem to berth one ship with the other ship already on the other berth.

I want to have the Coromuel on some place else in Rotterdam, because it's blocking the Wilhelmina pier

Could be, but with 'i want' you know for sure that the problem isn't going to be fixed  ;D
