Can anyone enlighten me on why the coast guard ship has "Cod" written on the side? I'm not familiar with that! Maybe its got a sister ship called "chips"   ;D haha   *looks around and hears only crickets*  ah yes and also looks like someones put up a washing line over there inland ship! saw they put a car on already but a washing line!

But generally looking good  Doesnt look like you can get inside the pilot house on AS quite yet though!
Well done VSTEP! Thanks for the screenshots!

Looks like all the people who were hoping for smaller vessels got there wish. I still have my fingers crossed for new large vessels in extemes.

Most US Coastguard vessels of this class are named after fishes. "Cod" is a name which does not appear in reality but would appear to have been chosen by Vstep to conform with others of her class. Her number of 2702 is also ficticious as the real vessels are all numbered 873**. (i.e. five digits.) This info comes from Nautis as I think it is the same vessel in SSE. See details in this link.

There wouldn't be much to see there, besides a chair, binoculars and a heater. It's just for the look out when they are sailing with a deckload that's obstructing the view from the bridge. Navigation is done at all time at the bridge itself.

Just a nice thought i had. Would love to have ship graphics like this, -->
http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/526344
in the SS game. The ocean Graphics seems to be really good on the SSE, but imagine the combinations of the current sea, and those ship Graphics, a dream!

If the wakes from ship are 3d then that'd be a big step forward.
