How can I translate Ship Simulator 2008 ?

Hi!

Translate? What do you mean? It's only the English version which is out now, but language packages will be available later. However, I don't think there will be a Slovenian version.

i saw here in this forum many problems involving legal matter´s with modding...

but like myself, i enjoy my original games using my native language (portuguese). Portuguese is the 5º more spoken language in the world..and yet 95% of games dont have a portuguese translation.

In Brasil there is a large comunity to support modding regarding games translation..

usually the translation process is quite simple...so i ask, if i translate my original Shipsimulator i will loose my warranty and support?

If you want a specific translation, how about suggesting this to Vstep as an official option.  They may consider it if enough people ask and they may even be looking for people to translate the game

I'm not saying it will be the case, but it's worth considering

i dont know if in commercial terms, worth the translation...but that´s my suggestion.

in Ship Simulator 2006, some people tried the translation to Brazilian (you can see HERE (http://forum.gamevicio.com.br/index.php/topic,9892.0.html) )..but the project went off due some difficulties.
