Yeah, I've used the bottom one. I didn't like it because I would always accidentally go into it. It looks nice though. I was considering checking out what it takes to make a theme, I might try it.

If you call 30,000 different themes to choose from, then yes (that's just themes, not addons). Also, as far as I know, all of Firefox's addons are free.

In the latest version of Firefox there are also things called Personas (a fancy word for themes)..
