« on: January 11, 2010, 02:39:24 »

Ive seen that joejohn has made a topic about the ocean not having props and thrsuters, now---->
Ive also seen that benith the waterline of the OCEAN STAR its also white painted.
normaly a cruise ship has a red paint or bleu paint benith the waterline.

This has already been discussed many times....but the thing is why does it matter? Its a well modeled ship even without the colour...

This ship has been exported from ss06 -> ss08.

So what had you expected. ?

Also, the third rivet from the right above the wheelhouse is the wrong shape... (I'm being ironic!).

The point is, so what? Who on earth spends their time playing missions while hanging upside down underneath the ship inspecting the barnacles on the hull? And why?

And cruise ships have all sorts of different colours. Who says Ocean Star is wrong, and what is their authoritive source of information? Or is it just guesswork?

Indeed it is different: The hull is wet below the waterline.
The waterline is wherever the surface of the water touches the hull. It is not usually where the antifouling paint begins.
